As a full service general contractor, Harwood Construction provides a full-time on-site superintendent, a part-time project manager to update you on budget and schedule, our own finish carpenters and our stable of quality subcontractors. Being a mid-size company, you also receive ongoing personal attention from the owners of Harwood Construction. Ideally, we are involved with you and your architect at the inception of the design so that we may make recommendations regarding cost, quality and green construction.
