Eric has a wonderful way with his customers and is truly helpful. He also pays attention to detail. When I had my Prius repaired there, it was ready on a timely basis and the cost was exactly what the insurance company had estimated. But my favorite is that Eric's shop is environmentally up-to-date and ahead of the curve. He has topped all regulations and follows the European mandates which are ahead of ours here in the USA.
